Refund Policy
If your Division does not make, your deposit will be refunded.
We will not refund any fees if our schedule does not match yours.
We will not issue refunds if you change your mind.

A coach that brings two or more teams will receive a 5% discount for each team. This will only be honored at registration.

You may currently purchase North Texas ID Cards which will be in effect through August 31, 2008.
You can obtain additional information and indoor forms from the North Texas State Soccer Association website.
(Proof of Age Required - Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, etc.)

Any and all known schedule conflicts must be written on the registration form.
We will do our very best to honor them. We will publish the schedule to the web site.
Coaches/managers will have five (5) days to analyze the schedule and inform us of any conflicts or mistakes in writing.
Once reschedules have been made to accommodate your requests, the schedules will be frozen.
There will be a $30.00 reschedule fee if you want to reschedule a game once the schedule has been frozen.
Emergencies will be the only reason for reschedules.
