Refund Policy

If your division does not make, your deposit will be refunded.

We will not refund any fees if our schedule doesnt match yours.

We will not issue refunds if you change your mind

Any and all known schedule conflicts must be written on the registration form.

We will do our very best to honor them. We will publish the schedule to the website.

Coaches/managers will have 5 (five) days to analyze the schedule and inform us of any conflicts or mistakes in writing.

Once reschedules have been made to accommodate your requests, the schedules will be frozen.

There will be a $35.00 reschedule fee if you want to reshedule a game once the schedule has been frozen.

Emergencies will be the only reason for reschedules

8 games + playoffs

YOUTH Winter/Summer Fees:
10 games + playoffs

U6-U7 (3v3) - $450.00
U8-U12 - $775.00
U14-U17 - $825.00

YOUTH Spring/Fall Fees:
8 games + playoffs
All ages 3v3 - $275.00

You may currently purchase North Texas ID Cards which will be in effect through August 31, 2009.

You can obtain additional information and indoor forms from the North Texas State Soccer Association webiste.

(Proof of Age Required - Birth Certificate, Driver's License, etc.)

Playoffs

All divisions will hold playoffs in which the top 4 teams in a division are divided into 2 Semi-Finals. The winner of each Semi-Final will advance to the championship game.

Awards

Youth divisions will receive trophies/t-shirts for first place and medals for second place.
Adult divisions will receive $100 off their next season fee and an award for first place.
