Mission Statement
It is the mission of the RISE basketball league, to provide and promote a safe, recreational and competitive program for the youth of Rockwall and surrounding communities. Rockwall Indoor Sports Expo (RISE) encourages good sportsmanship, helps youth develop as a player, and promotes friendly relationships between coaches, players, referees, and parents.
Youth Game Days
All Divisions - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Adult Game Days
Mens League - Sunday
Refund Policy
If your division does not make, your deposit will be refunded.
A session consists of 8 games plus playoffs.
We will not refund any fees if our schedule doesn't match yours.
We will not issue refunds if you change your mind.
Any and all known schedule conflicts must be written in the form of an email and sent to the director.
We will do our very best to honor them. Schedules are located through your MySAM profile.
Coaches/managers will have 5 (five) days to analyze the schedule and inform us of any conflicts or mistakes in writing.
Once reschedules have been made to accommodate your requests, the schedules will be frozen.
There will be a $40.00 reschedule fee if you want to reshedule a game once the schedule has been frozen.

Youth Fees:
A season consists of 8 games + playoffs
$85.00 per player
Minimum of seven (7) per roster
Maximum of 12 per roster
Adult Fees:
A season consists of 8 games + playoffs
$65.00 per player
Minimum of seven (7) per roster
Maximum of 12 per roster
To Register a Team
Click here to register securely online or complete a registration form and return it with a non-refundable $85.00 deposit.
Payment Policy
Each player on the roster must pay before the first game.
Additional Fees
All Coaches are required to purchase a Coach's Card. Background checks will be performed. Cost is $15.00/year.
